About Payments

Can I Pay With Cash And Pick Up The Doll Locally Instead Of Having It Delivered?

Currently, we only accept payments through credit cards and PayPal.
For customers in the US who prefer to pick up their package locally, you may choose a nearby FedEx location that offers pickup services. Please contact the FedEx office directly to confirm the pickup process and requirements.
We use FedEx for all US shipments to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Can I Order A Doll Head With A Different Doll Body?

For custom dolls, head changes are available. Please place your order for the body you want and leave an order note with your preferred head model.
For in-stock dolls, we are unable to modify the doll configuration. However, you can purchase a separate doll head from our factory.
Please note that if the size difference between the doll head and body is significant, we recommend contacting our customer service team first to confirm compatibility before placing your order.
What Name Will Appear On My Billing Statement?

How Long Does Shipping Take?

For custom orders, please allow 2–7 business days for production. After the doll is completed, free shipping to the US usually takes around 4 weeks.
If you need faster delivery, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee of $350–$500, depending on the doll’s size. With expedited shipping, delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days after production is completed.
For ready-to-ship or in-stock dolls, delivery is typically within 3–7 business days.

How Do You Ship The Dolls?

Shipping methods depend on your location and destination. We use different transportation options, including sea freight, rail shipping, and air shipping, to provide the most suitable delivery solution.

All dolls are produced in our factory located in Guangdong, China, and shipped from China or Hong Kong depending on the order and shipping arrangements.

Custom dolls are made to order, so please allow 2–7 business days for production.
If you have not received the pre-shipping photos of your doll yet, it means your doll is still being manufactured. Once production is completed, we will send you factory photos for confirmation before arranging shipment.
